Computational Mechanics and Materials
My research work focuses on understanding the microstructure evolution of the materials under extreme environments such as different advanced manufacturing techniques, irradiation, long-term deformation etc. I have a keen interest in combining microstructural features and phase transformations with mechanical deformations to study their combined impact on microstructure evolution and material behavior over time. My primary areas of interest are microstructural analysis, phase field modeling, finite element analysis, multi-physics modeling, and fracture.
